What a day. What a stage. What a team. 🤍🩷🖤
Yesterday at Prestige Dance Competition was everything and more — backstage fun, quick changes, laughter, and those quiet moments in between where you realise just how far these dancers have come.

Watching our dancers perform alongside some of the very best in the country was beyond inspiring. The growth, the confidence, the artistry… so much progress was made, and I couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of them. 🥹✨

We may come from a small town and a close-knit community, but our dreams are big. We work tirelessly to give our dancers the very best opportunities, to raise aspirations, and to remind them that where you’re from never limits where you can go. Yesterday proved that in the most powerful way. 🤍

What an absolutely fabulous day travelling to London from Sheringham! ✨🚆

We had the best time visiting @ldnstudiocentre where we were lucky enough to take part in a brilliant jazz tech class, followed by learning some super fast but incredible jazz choreography from the amazing @crispysnaps 🤩🔥

We also loved hearing directly from current students about their experiences at the school, chatting with the admissions team, touring the incredible facilities, and watching classes happening in the space – such an inspiring insight into life at LSC. A huge thank you to LSC for allowing us to visit and for our students to experience a day in the life at your school.

To top it all off, we had a fun explore around Covent Garden, picking up so many extra life skills along the way (hello city navigation! 🗺️😉).

A truly inspiring, insightful, and unforgettable day from start to finish. We are super excited to have started our 2026 with a bang and continue to offer our students the very best opportunities. We’re still buzzing! 💫🖤🩷🤍

It has been an absolute pleasure to guide three amazing teams of young performers — over 35 incredible young people — while choreographing this magical show along side @btprivatecoaching 🩷 Their enthusiasm, energy, and commitment have been nothing short of inspiring. ⭐️

I cannot wait to share even more photos soon, but for now just know: this show is NOT to be missed. It’s bursting with joy, laughter, love, and a whole lot of panto magic… and these young people bring that magic to life in the most wonderful way. 🌟💚

Harry has danced with some of the biggest names – from the West End to @dualipa and @harrystyles – but what made this workshop so special was the way he connected with our students.

At TWPA, we believe in broadening horizons – giving our dancers the chance to learn from inspiring professionals, right here at home.

Both our juniors and seniors got to learn choreography from Hamilton and they absolutely shone.

As a Principal, I couldn’t have been prouder – watching our dancers rise to the challenge, support each other, and take it all in their stride.

Sunday at Move It Shake It in Leicester was nothing short of incredible! Our third weekend of competitions, and yet again, our dancers absolutely smashed it. Not only did they achieve amazing results, but their professionalism, kindness, and support for one another backstage were just outstanding. This was a real moment for us as this was exactly a year ago we competed at our first ever event - it was so special to return.

I couldn’t be prouder of everything our performance teams are achieving right now. With such a busy time at the studio—welcoming so many new students, working hard, and preparing for exciting upcoming events.

✨ What an inspiring evening welcoming @theplacelondon to our studio! ✨

Tonight, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming @bappelicious from London Contemporary Dance School to our studio for a workshop with 18 of our senior dancers. 🌟

Our students had the chance to immerse themselves in a challenging and insightful contemporary technique class, followed by an engaging Q&A session about further training and the incredible degree programme at LCDS.

It was truly wonderful to see how our dancers embraced the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and explore their potential in this unique setting. Their focus, curiosity, and energy were amazing to witness!

Tonight, we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming @bappelicious from London Contemporary Dance School to our studio for a workshop with 18 of our senior dancers. 🌟

Our students had the chance to immerse themselves in a challenging and insightful contemporary technique class, followed by an engaging Q&A session about further training and the incredible degree programme at LCDS.

It was truly wonderful to see how our dancers embraced the opportunity to learn, ask questions, and explore their potential in this unique setting. Their focus, curiosity, and energy were amazing to witness!

What an unforgettable experience we had bringing our production to life at the Auden Theatre! I am incredibly proud of all the students involved—they poured their hearts and talents into this show, and it showed in every performance. As Nationals at @moveitshakeit in Swindon have now come to a close, we are absolutely elated to reflect on the last two days, which were equally as amazing as the first. The energy, passion, and sheer talent on display was truly inspiring.

Our dancers brought their A-game to every performance, showcasing incredible skill, artistry, and dedication. Watching them light up the stage was a proud moment for all of us. Their hard work and relentless practice was evident in every move, earning them well-deserved placements, medals, awards and trophies.

I am beyond proud of our winning dancers who displayed exceptional standards of performance, embodying the spirit of excellence and teamwork. Their achievements are a testament to their commitment and love for dance, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to see their efforts rewarded.

From the moment we arrived, the energy and excitement was incredible. The venue buzzed with anticipation as teams from across the country gathered, each bringing their unique flair and spirit. We were thrilled to be part of such a vibrant and talented community.

Our performances were met with cheers and applause, and we couldn’t be prouder of how everyone came together, showcasing the hard work and dedication that got us here. The routines were executed with precision and passion, leaving the audience and judges in awe.

But it wasn’t just about the competition. Our first residential experience was filled with laughter, bonding, and new friendships. Late-night chats, team dinners, and exploring Swindon together created memories we’ll cherish forever. The camaraderie and support we shared off the stage were just as important as our time on it.

It was so much fun learning lots of new skills in a professional environment with some of our dancers. I was so inspired by all of our students who took part. Joining a dance school is so much more than learning the core skills of dance. Dance teaching should be about inspiring young people to reach new heights and experience new opportunities. It should also be fun and empowering and this is everything we believe in for our students at TWPA. I can’t wait for the next one 👀
