TWPA is a creative movement and dance academy, founded by professional dancer and teacher, Tom Withington. This artist led Performing Arts Academy based in Sheringham, is a welcoming and friendly dance hub providing quality, technical dance & artistic movement classes for everyone from 3-19. Whether you are a beginner, improver or more advanced there is something for everyone at TWPA.

Performance Opportunities at TWPA
​At TWPA, we believe that dance and performing arts should be more than just classes—they should be a gateway to exciting and inspiring performance experiences. While we strive to create a fun, interactive, and technically excellent training environment, we also ensure that our students have the chance to take their skills beyond the studio and onto the stage.
Our students have the opportunity to perform in a variety of settings, from in-house showcases and local community events to prestigious competitions and professional productions. Whether it’s dancing in front of a live audience, taking part in theatrical performances, or competing at a high level, we encourage every student to embrace the magic of performing.
By offering a wide range of performance opportunities, we help our students build confidence, develop stage presence, and experience the joy of sharing their talent with others. At TWPA, we don’t just train performers—we create unforgettable moments on stage.
Universe 2024
Each year we hold a full school production in a professional theatre for all our students. We work with amazing costume designers, lighting designers and full tech team to create a magical performance for all our students and families.
Sheringham Little Theatre Pantomime
Since 2023 we have been the lead choreographers for the pantomime in Sheringham. We have had many TWPA students perform within this production to sell out audiences. Another wonderful opportunity for our students.
Community Performances
At TWPA we believe it is so important to engage with our local communities and share our love of dance and performing. We have been involved in numerous community performances locally and across Norfolk.
